We offer refunds or exchanges within the first 14 days of your purchase. All returns must be postmarked and must be in new and unused condition. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your product must be new or unused and in the same condition you received.
- The product must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded or exchanged; sale items are not eligible.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Contact us for defective or damaged products if you need to exchange them for the same item. Email us at info@martinezcandlestudio.com to arrange a refund or exchange, and we will send you the address you need to return the item.
Return Process. To return an item, please email us at info@martinezcandlestudio.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and the address. After receiving an RA number and the address to return the item, place it securely in its original packaging and mail your return as instructed by Martinez Candle Studio.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know we have received your returned item. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within (10) days of receiving your item to process your return or exchange. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed.
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
- Your returned item must be sent to the address provided by Martinez Candle Studio along with the return authorization number (RA) number.
- You will be responsible for paying your return shipping charges. We recommend that you mail your return using a trackable method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
- We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
