SHIPPING/PROCESSING TIME/ORDER:

Martinez Candle Studio makes every effort to ship orders out within 2-3 business days and has a 48-72 business hours processing time for all orders, regardless of the shipping method.  Orders placed over the weekend may be processed the following business day.

Order delivery time depends on the postal service after the package has been scanned. Martinez Candle Studio is not liable or responsible for delays, reroutes, or failed package deliveries. If you are concerned about your order, do not hesitate to contact us at info@martinezcandlestudio.com with the status of your order. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dropped off at UPS or USPS.  

Martinez Candle Studio ships all orders via UPS or USPS from our studio in Stoughton, Massachusetts.
